Thanksgiving we treked down south to Marcus home;- Lacombe Lousiana! We spent five days there and it was such a relaxing time. Amazing food.... oh how I need to learn how to cook:) On the way back we drove straight thru to make it to the Gramm thanksgiving. 20 hrs- yeah, i know, ambitious huh? We had it all set up in the van. WHile one was driving the other one was sleeping in the back. We had taken the seats out so it was like we were camping! HA:)
This month of December has just flown. I can't believe it's almost Christmas! Beginning of the month I modeled for a friend. Her salon that she works for had a open house and had models to showcase their sevices. I got my hair cut, colored, facial, makeover, 30 minute massage, manicure. I know, ladies- spoiled right?
Last night we had our Christmas Program for work. The kids were crazy:) IT went good, lots of people came and it was fun to show my family what I do. So a week away from Christmas right? Crazy!! It just doesn't feel like Christmas! The Lord has blessed us with such amazing weather here in MN. I just wish you all a Merry Christmas and that we can remember why we celebrate Christmas and it's not about the presents. We need to share the present of Salvation with others and be thankful for the year of 2011. I just pray that I continue to go where he calls me and be the best wife I can be for Marcus. I pray that you have a wonderful and blessed Christmas!! Peace and Love......
Merry Christmas Lindsay and Marcus! I'm going to start getting on you for posting only once a month..for an adorable, adventurous couple that y'all are!
